Information you choose to provide
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, city, requested service, and project details. If you contact us by phone or text, we receive the information you include in that conversation. Please send project photos only when they are necessary for the requested estimate and avoid including people, private documents, or unrelated personal information.
Website and source information
The site may record the page visited, first landing page, UTM campaign fields, and Google advertising click identifiers such as gclid, wbraid, or gbraid. A non-personal lead ID is generated to measure whether one request was recorded once. Google Ads measurement technology is also used on call, text, and successful form actions.
How the information is used
- to review and respond to your service request;
- to prepare and confirm scope, price, and scheduling;
- to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and quote form; and
- to understand which marketing source produced a request.
Submitting the quote form does not enroll you in promotional text messages.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Google provides advertising measurement. Those providers may process technical and request information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect safety and prevent abuse.
Retention and your request
Request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the estimate, service records, payment reconciliation, security, and applicable recordkeeping. You may ask what contact information is associated with your request or ask for correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
